What access levels can be assigned to a user?

There are four different user types that can be assigned to a user

  1. Reader
    Provides a user read only access

  2. Check in (Enterprise only feature)
    Provides a user with read only access with the added ability to utilise the check in / out feature

  3. Administrator
    Provides a user with the ability to add new users, edit Reader and Check in user access, connect your account to an accounting package.

  4. Account Owner
    Provides a user with the ability to add new users, edit all users, view and update subscription details, connect your account to an accounting package, view and retry failed journal postings.
