Only the Account Owner can change a user's role type within their organisation. Please refer to your organisation's Account Owner if you require a change to your user level.
If you are the Account Owner, please follow the following steps to upgrade or downgrade your team's user roles.
1. Navigate to the Administration page
2. Click the User tab
3. Find the user that you would like to edit and click the arrow icon on the right hand side of their name
4. Select the User Type drop down menu and select the desired user level.
