Can a read only user type view documents attached to an Asset?

Yes, any user set up as a read only user can view documents attached to an Asset


As a read only user:

1. Login

2. Navigate to the Asset Register,

3. Select the asset you are interested in 

4. Scroll to the bottom of the asset 'focus view' and select the document you need from the Documents section
