How to add a new user

  • Only users with the role "Account Owner" are able to add, delete and manage users.  
  • Each plan has a user cap included, contact to buy more users
  1. Click the cogwheel icon in the sidebar to navigate to the Administration page
  2. Click the Users tab

  3. Click Add a new User
  4. Enter the email address of the new user and click Confirm

  5. An invitation will be emailed to the new user

  6. The new user will need to click the Get Started button in the email invitation. If they are a new Asset.Guru user, they will be taken to the registration page (pictured below). They can complete registration by entering their name and setting their password.

    If they are an existing Asset.Guru user, they will be taken directly to the log in page where they will need to enter their login credentials to accept the email invitation.
