How to change a user’s role and access level

Users assigned to the role of Owner can change a user's roles within their organisation.

Please contact a user assigned with the "Owner" role if users need to change roles.  

If you are the Account Owner, please follow the following steps to upgrade or downgrade your team's user roles.

1. Log in to your Asset.Guru account

2. Click on Admin on the bottom left-hand side of the menu bar

3. Click the Users tab

4. Find the user that you would like to edit and click the arrow icon on the right hand side of their name

5. Select the User Type drop down menu and select the desired user level.
