How to change a user’s access level
Only the Account Owner can change a user's role type within their organisation. Please refer to your organisation's Account Owner if you require a change to your user level.
If you are the Account Owner, please follow the following steps to upgrade or downgrade your team's user roles.
1. Log in to your Asset.Guru account
2. Click on Admin on the bottom left-hand side of the menu bar
3. Click the Users tab
4. Find the user that you would like to edit and click the arrow icon on the right hand side of their name
5. Select the User Type drop down menu and select the desired user level.
