How to enable automatic draft asset creation of billed or expensed fixed assets in QuickBooks Online?

Accounts that are connected to QuickBooks Online can enable Asset.Guru to automatically create a draft asset when a bill or expense is assigned to a fixed asset account in QuickBooks Online. This opt-in feature can be enabled by following the instructions below.

Please note that any invoiced fixed asset(s) processed prior to your opt-in date and time that are not already recorded in Asset.Guru will need to be created manually using the single asset creation or bulk asset upload feature.

How to enable automatic asset creation

  1. Navigate to the Administration page by clicking the cogwheel icon on the the bottom-left hand side of your screen
  2. Select Set up your accounting rules to expand this section of the page.
  3. Select the check box under Enabled Integration Jobs located on the bottom left-hand side of this section
