How to refresh the integration between Asset.Guru and QuickBooks Online

If you find that your journals are not flowing through from Asset.Guru to QuickBooks Online, or the user that initially set up the connection is no longer with your company, it is a good time renew the QuickBooks token that allows Asset.Guru to integrate with your QuickBooks account. 

To do this, simply follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Administration screen using the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. On the Setup tab, select Choose your accounting application to expand this section.
3. Click Refresh Connection

4. Click Connect to QuickBooks and follow the prompts to login using your QuickBooks credentials.

5. QuickBooks will then give you the chance to choose the correct company or firm, choose Next and then Connect to continue.
6. The step to Define your Journal Posting Start Date will give you the option to choose the month that you would like for the next Depreciation Journal to post. It is advised to set this as the last month that Depreciation journals posted. Then click Next.
