How do I track if an asset is: present, damaged, out for repair, missing, etc. ?

Keeping track of your assets and their status is key to knowing what you have and where it is.  

Asset.Guru enables this with being able to add a sighting and status to your asset records and keeping it as simple as 1, 2, 3 :)

1.) Open the asset record.

2.) Select the "Add Sighting" button to add or update a sighting status

3.) Fill in the details.  

The details for the sighting update are added to the assets Audit History and the sighting status is available in all list views and in all register exports.
