How to automatically reverse a journal entry

When Asset.Guru creates journals, it keeps track of these journals in the asset's Audit History.  

In the Audit History, by expanding the journal line, there is a Reverse Journal button that can be selected to have reversal journals automatically created.  

To do this, open the asset record, then scroll down to the Audit History and expand the journal line that you would like to reverse and expand the journal by clicking on the + symbol:

Then select the Reverse Journal button.
